Curtain Call!! One of the truly INCREDIBLE boars we have EVER seen! While watching the Perfect Timing preview this past fall,Shane Brinning had an extremely unique Best Man x Visionary barrow that we thought was very intriguing. We immediately followed Shane back to his pen to see if there were any littermate boars. Shane told us there was one that he thought was very special, but he wasn’t sure if he would sell him. After 3 months of calls/texts we were finally able to lock up the purchase of Curtain Call that Shane calls “By far the most amazing creature I have ever bredâ€. Quite a statement from a firm with the amount of success as the Brinnings, but we think those that see him will agree. It’s nearly impossible to adequately describe this boar without seeing him in person! Curtain Call is one unique beast that we are thrilled to own!! LEGENDARY PEDIGREE – INCREDIBLE BOAR!!!
Curtain Call is as elevated and extended as any we have seen, while still maintaining proper angulation and cushion to his shoulder blade, down through his forearm. He is blown way open as he drives right at you and maintains this squareness from the top of his blade, down through his chest, and knee to ground. Curtain Call is unreal in the turn to his loin edge and shape and spread up high! He is bold and robust through the center portion of his body and carries type of power and mass all the way through. As he tracks away he demonstrates a big, square hip, with loads of muscle from the top of his hip, down through his stifle.He plants and drives with comfort and ease on one of the biggest hind legs of any we have ever seen. We could go on for a long time about Curtain Call. Both Best Man and Visionary have proven to be true LEGENDS, and now we believe its Curtain Call’s turn to be one of the all time greats!

We were very excited to see what Curtain Call would do and he has delivered BIG TIME!!! His first crop includes: San Antonio Grand Overall Barrow, San Angelo Reserve Grand Overall Barrow, San Antonio Reserve Crossbred Barrow, Rodeo Austin Reserve Hampshire Barrow, NJSA Western Regional Grand Crossbred Barrow, & OYE 4th, 5th, 12th, 16th & 18th Overall Crossbred Gilts (5 gilts averaged $13,500 in the OYE Stars gilt sale) - putting more gilts in the top 18 than any other sire in the entire sale! In the OYE barrow show he sired the 4th Overall York & 5th Overall Cross. Expo 4th Overall Crossbred Barrow & 3rd Overall Div 2 Cross Gilt. Another of our boars that has had a dominating summer on the Jackpot & County Fair circuits this summer.
